Our matching fee is confirmed at the point of introduction — after we have found a match and before you commit to proceeding. There is no cost to register, no subscription, and no charge during the waiting period. You will know the full cost before you decide whether to go ahead.
Not primarily. The name reflects our belief that some people are simply right for each other. We do collect birth details as one input in our compatibility framework, but our matching process is built primarily on values, lifestyle, life goals, and emotional compatibility. Birth data informs one layer of the analysis — it doesn't decide anything on its own.
You go back into the active matching pool. We learn from the introduction and continue searching. There's no penalty, no extra charge, no judgment. We committed to finding your match and that commitment doesn't expire after one introduction.
